You know how hard it is to nail people mid-air with a rocket? It's far more impressive than just a hit-scan hit or two.

 

Yep, with a modicum of luck. I have done my fair share of mid air rocket kills. Especially as a soldier in TF.

 

 

TF is alos about half as fast as UT if not more so. and most classes die in 1 rocket.

The only thing speed has to do with mid air rocket kills is in how much you would lead.  Which requires  no more skill.
