Eurogamer: The recession will hit the Wii first.

Wow, i am pretty sure the recession hit about 3-4 months ago, and hasn't Wii and DS sales gone up. This is so retarded, and its even funnier seeing the Wii/Nintendo haters jumping on this article to give them some new fresh hope, that GTA gave them before it was released.

If you really think logically you will realize the the PS3/360 will be affected most, it appeals to less people thats a fact. It is also a known fact that through a recession profits for entertainment (in house at least) will go up. Instead of ataking the family out to get something to eat parents will now, buy a dvd or game (most likely Wii game) to enjoy with thier kids. Writing is in stone, the wii will sell more software and hardware from till the end of this gen.

Lets get over it and realize it does not make the PS3 or 360 any less of a game console.

What the hell r you talking about, you really need to stop looking at what people say on the internet and check out real life, every family i know who owns a Wii absolutely loves it, but don't count on my word on it, check out the main stream press who are always reporting on how its the family console. It is obvious the Wii is not your console of choice but you really need to try to keep to more constructive arguments, this one fails.
