That's because IGN has the video on their website (gamespy is part of the IGN network). Thus, their watermark is going to be on everything there.
Now, I don't know if the ad is real or fake, but I just wanted to point that out. Though in a way, couldn't that kind of validate that it's legit? Unless it's a joke/mistake by IGN or you can submit videos to IGN like youtube or gametrailers?
