He isn't comdemning nor praising in his original statement, which opened it for interpretation until he cleared up what he meant

No, you don't. As i said, it's open for interpretation and you can understand both ways, which is what we are arguing all along.
Yes, you can claim it's a fact that you can interpret the way you did, as long as you're not lying, it's a fact that one can interpret the way you did (because you just did). I'm not lying, i interpreted it in other way, what makes it a fact too that one can interpret the way i did (because i just did).
