"The Master Sword is THE sword in all of videos games. Link would search all of Hyrule looking for this lost heirloom that would put Ganon in his place. Unfortunately, you would usually only obtain this legendary sword towards the end of the game"
If memory served, I always found the Master Sword in the first half of a Zelda game......
