Its actually called Death Smile (2), I'm pretty sure it is a sequal from all reference but I cannot find the original on Play-Asia and they are advertising the 360 version as 'Death Smile' only rather than 'Death Smile 2'.
Classic Shmup, reminds me of Touhou (except its a sidescroller) which is a grade of awesome souce all on its own. If this is region free I will import from Play-Asia.
