Like I sais we should move past our insecurities. Some people are fine with others calling them a fanboy. I thought those on the list definately were the more vocal ones. Me included. Society has created these barriers. And anyone could have looked at the game either way. If you didn't like the game you didn't have to go. Nintendo-fanboy felt left out. There is a certain satisfaction knowing you made the list imo.

The only satisfaction I could see is to drop off of that list as fast as possible. As El Duderino said "fanboy" doesn't mean you are a simply a fan of someone or something, you also hate on others. A fanboy ignores logic if it doesn't fit his position. The word "fanboy" is usually meant as an insult, nothing to be proud of.

This is where I disagree. When someone is a fanboy of a sports team, yes they ignore logic and might not give credit to another team but they are not afraid to proclaim their love for a team. That is the barrier I am trying to break. The game forums have made people insecure. If a few of us stand up and are proud to say we like certain companies others might follow. I don't mean doing it blindly. Myself for example, I play games on all systems but I lean towards Nintendo. Call me a fanboy if you like. I am not insecure.
