Does the 360 have any real exclusives?

Just in a few weeks PS3 is getting another already certain 90+ ranked exclusive game in Killzone 2, so the year starts with the PS3 pushing this trend forward.

Precisely why moving forward you would go in that direction (Assuming you have equal interest level in all of the exclusives) and still play a lot of good 360/PC exclusives on a PC.
