You realize that even with the GS chip, the original 80 Gb's software BC is iffy at best as it fails and glitches on many titles. Asking them to rewrite the BC to not only work flawlessly but also without the GS chip is asking more than you realize especially considering that with most software emulation you essentially need a machine roughly 10 times more powerful than the original to get it work.
Odds of seeing BC on models without EE/GS chips are slim to none.
