Web browser, downloadable music, blu-ray, etc. We all know what makes the PS3 and 360 similar. Sony needs to SERIOUSLY show what makes it different.
I think the problem is that it does too many things and doesn't appeal to enough people. I think Sony needs to rethink why the PS3 should be in your living room as an important centerpiece. I think the major thing holding it back is that it's online experience isn't cohesive enough and I don't think Sony's HOME is helping the matter. While Xbox live isn't the greatest it does provide a seamless experience from gaming to online store. If sony can do this and add the web browser (hopefully with an HP printer support), it would kick butt. At the moment I still have to resort to a PC to browse, if they can take over this function, I think people would look to the PS3 as an every day experience.
