Nope, those clips are taken from the movie 'Downfall'.

By the by, I highly recommend it, the performance is incredible.

EDIT: Forgot to mention: Those clips are absolutely hysterical.

 

I've seen it a couple times on the History channel and i must say i was impressed with how great it was.

And i was almost in tears during that second video it was so funny.
