Nintendo, more specifically, Sakurai's team (although he's not actually Nintendo, I think) whoever does the main Mario series and Mario Kart, Retro... heck, all of them.
Clover Studios (now no more), the creators of the one and only Okami (and some other great ones I haven't yet played). God bless them.
