just to check, I would ping www.yahoo.com and ping 4.2.2.4
instructions: click start; click run; type in cmd and press enter; type in "ping www.yahoo.com" without the quotes and press enter. You should get 4 replies if it is working correctly; type in "ping 4.2.2.4" and see if you get 4 replies.
