14 weeks =
- the buses have been inoperative for 52 days
- 95% of them have dead batteries
- some's engines have blown
- the OC fleet it almost 1000 buses
- Ontario safety regulations requires ALL these veichles undergo safety tests
- It winter and everything si under MOUNDS of snow
- 14 weeks is for full service the main routes shoudl be up in 2-3 weeks.
