Capcom or whoever said that is making stuff up, I don't even remember Capcom mentioning No More Heroes, they had nothing to do with the title, it was Marvelous and Suda51's Grasshopper studio that had anything to do with that game, also Xseed is currently heading western publishing of the sequal.
I'm pretty sure my facts are strait and if I'm right Pristine - your a liar, I hope not intentionally so.

You could be confusing No More Heroes with Zack and Wiki which shows how gross neglence and very negative outlook on that subject.
