It think both SO4 and FFvsXIII will become mulitiplatform seeing how SE keep whining about how they don't like exclusivity anymore. Plus they wouldnt mind the extra sales.

 

SE did not make Star Ocean. Tri-Ace did. I doubt a small company like them really want to bothered with making a PS3 port.

 

While it certainly possible that Star Ocean IV could be ported to PS3, its not a given. As youv'e said Tri Ace is small company so SE would likely have to get another team to handle the port. Also SO4 is running on an improved version of the Infinite Undiscovery engine and as far as I know that engine isn't multiplatform currently.

Actually, tri-Ace said that the engine was multiplatform in an interview on Gamasutra.
