@obamanian... mmm, no. And just by looking at those stills I can't imagine those characters will animate any better than what's shown in the recent FFXIII trailer...
OT: apart from the 360 version definitely having longer loading times and maybe very short but noticeable pauses between gameplay-cutscenes all this due to the lack of a hard-drive (which I'll assume the original PS3 game was designed to take advantage of), and say like 6 DVDs to fit the whole game... I wouldn't expect any noticeable meaningful details besides audio quality (for which you'd need a 7.1 sound setup anyway).
