I haven't even played the game and can point out your flaws. About the bouncy wpns and walking slowly, guerrilla wanted the game to be more realistic. Hence the weight of all your gear slow you down and the weapons dont magically stay perfectly still as you run. The crosshairs will firing from the hip should be big shouldnt they? You are not supposed to be accurate will shooting from the hip, hence bigger crosshairs. The fat characters could just be personal preference so that ok if its your opinion. And the slow gameplay can go back to the more realistic feel of the game.
