That's the same thing as saying that PC gamers can download PC games illegally. Also, PC games drop price way faster than console games, and they give you more bang for the buck through mods and such.
And it's not just $10 difference. NBA 2k9, for example came out for PC at only $20, while the console versions were $60!! There are other multiplat games that are $20 cheaper on PC compared to consoles'.
