Haha i was averaging 60 to 90 points a game, I got scout on day 2 of the beta. Thought they would have made levels higher points.
In a standard game you get 1 kill = 1 point. However you can gain more points by doing objectives. I can't remember specific numbers but returning a propoganda speaker gives you around 3, in there team deathmatch mode, kills give you 2 instead of 1. If you kill the selected target gives 5 i think. After a while you earn badges and some of them make it so you earn extra points for doing certain things. Like one was you get 3 points per kill in deathmatch mode instead of 2.
