Why has piracy seemingly killed the psp but doest hurt the 360 too much?

Not much anymore. It was back when I got into the scene, back before Dark Alex joined the scene and we had to rely on that youll-probably-break-it-if-you-try 2.0 to 1.5 downgrader. 

But now that DAX came along(Now M33 because Sony keeps threatening them) and him, Fanjita and others created the Pandora battery mod, its a ton easier to mod PSP. Thank goodness too, PSP would be absolute crap without homebrew. For 360 you have to buy the modchip and open your 360 and etc. etc.

 

Um, to mod a 360 you don't need any chips, all you have to do is update the firmware for the dvd drive. It is not really difficult at all.
