Mass Effect was essentially KotOR with a different plot, Bioshock followed on the heels of its predecessors. It doesn't mean that the games not listed aren't great (they acknowledge that Ocarina may be the best game on the N64), it just means that these are the ones that changed the systems on which they were released. |
and Ocarina of Time wasn't ground breaking?
The hardest one has to be rating the 64 though. I mean those 3 games were all huge innovations with golden eye, super mario 64, and ocarina of time. So really could put any of them.
But since they all so revolutionary in their own genre you HAVE to put ocarina of time as the first one because it is the best game of all time. no second doubter of this review like many recent games seem to have.
