Why has piracy seemingly killed the psp but doest hurt the 360 too much?

I think priracy inpact 360 games sales less than 10%, if you saw tie ratio you will see software per console 360 is the best. Why?

1. Very hard to mod it.
2. 360 has many good customer especially american people.
3. Good game title.
