I bought a banned modded xbox 360 from a freind. He wanted 100 bucks for it and the power supply is worth that much.
I have 2 xbox systems now(one modded on clean) and it hasn't stopped me from buying all the games I want to play. I did download a couple of games I didn't buy...but thats mostly cause I didn't like them. Sorry LOTR:Conquest. Anything I want to play online I have to buy.
Xbox live is all about community and when I play on the banned xbox and not connected to live I feel isolated and alone...that could be a reason why pirating isn't as harmful to 360. People want to go online with that system first and foremost...
