Why has piracy seemingly killed the psp but doest hurt the 360 too much?

well look at sales of psp games for almost 44mln userbase 100mln games is miserable. plus there is emulators/homebrew and multimedia thing and high price of single game - at least in my country where single 2 year old psp game cost often same as new titles for ps360 of course if you find any game at all.
