You do realize that the Wii is selling at a faster rate than the PS2 did, Wii development costs are not dramatically higher than PS2 games, and the Wii has sold a ton of software?

 

now the really interesting question is if the Wii has sold more 3rd party software than the PS2 in the same time frame
