Doesn't apply to me ownging the system, but having played a xbox 360 for a whole month after borrowing it from a friend, it seems to be a more complete gaming system vs the PS3 because it has games from all various genres where as the PS3 are still missing it's big heard titles. For example, the xbox 360 has halo, gears of war, fable, forza, etc., all the big name franchises for the 360 has been released. For the PS3, the other big games still have been released including the soon killzone 2, ff13, gran turismo 5, god of war 3, tekken 6, etc.
And BTW , I was at work at Target (sun jan, 25) helping a guest get their TV in the car and coincidence, they also bought a PS3. The 2 guys did say "we dont plan to buy any games for the ps3, we just bought it to play blu-ray movies since its a pretty good deal". So another example of jsut buying a ps3 for blu-ray. Just how many people think the ps3 is just a multimedia powerhouse rather then a real gaming system. Instead of playing movies, music, they gotta advertise the videos games rather than focusing on just blu-ray and blah blah blah.

End of 2009 Predictions (made Jan 1, 2009): My predictions were pretty accurate, the 360 was over and the Wii was just under.
Wii: 65 mil (yea I'm crazy) 360: 35 mil (its getting there) PS3: 30 mil (the slim better do well)
End of 2010 Predictions (made Jan 7, 2010):
Wii: 81 mil 360: 47 mil PS3: 45 mil
