I think it's a nationwide promotion, though I'm not certain.  Every one of those games was $15 or less (and most were from Zellers).

 

Yep, my local Zellers never fails to disappoint. Other than a bunch of shovelware I'd never heard of, the best deal they had was Spider-man: Web of Shadows for a mere $49.99!

But hey, congrats on all those great deals you got to enjoy! Excuse me while I enviously curse your name under my breath...
