I can understand that companies aren't supposed to update pricing every time the currency exchange rates change (which is every day). Nevertheless, it is true that Europeans and Australians usually pay much more than Americans and Japanese.
An exception is now the UK, where consoles are actually cheaper than in the US, especially if you compare apples-to-apples (i.e. price before sales tax). Fortunately for other Europeans, Amazon UK ships consoles to all of Europe, so it's time to take advantage of that.
