Square Enix Preparing Several Titles for Xbox Live Arcade

Square Enix has announced its plans to port Crystal Defenders to consoles, including the WiiWare, Xbox Live Arcade and PSN versions. Crystal Defenders is a defensive strategy game in which players deploy popular jobs from Final Fantasy Tactics A2, such as Black Mages and Soldiers, to fend off encroaching enemy hordes and prevent them from stealing their party's crystals.

A second title Square Enix plans to release soon on the Xbox Live Marketplace is an Xbox Live Arcade port of Yosumin, a Nintendo DS puzzle video game.

Furthermore, the publisher has promised these two games are just the first of a "steady stream" of XBLA titles it plans to release in the coming months.
