I think the issue is more relevant if people are still buying the games, as opposed to still playing them. People, and I mean lots of people, are still playing lots of PS1 games on their PS3. Should Onyx throw them into the list as well? Or do they not matter any longer? Perhaps, since the PS2 and XBox 360 overlap, in terms of still being available for sasle, we should write up a list of PS2 exclusives, and compare it to the XBox 360 as well? The only relevant issue, with regards to exclusives, are the upcoming ones, and those still available at retail. Those are the ones that are the focus of user choice, when purchasing a new console. Old exclusives are immaterial, except to those consumers willing to find used games. Many of the XBox 360's exclusives are so old, and some so rare, that they are near impossible to find... but of course they should be counted as equals amongst the best sellers? I think its obvious what a pointless thread this is. Counting exclusives, beyond whats easily available for purchase, is practically meaningless. |
Really? Old 360 games are hard to find? Notice that I have recently just played King Kong(Yes I know, it was multiplat, but it still fits here). Your argument does not stand.
