What your using isn't exactly factual and i'll explain why . Your using factual metacritic data which gives a collection of subjective reviews of a particular game , your use of the data is factual however the data itself isn't so factual.
It's like saying 90% of the people on my street said Halo 3 pwns the crap out Street Fighter 2 , whilst my data might be factual and indisputable the subjective nature of the data is highly open to criticism.
