Call your parents and let them know. You may need to drive to the hospital and have an appendectomy. I don't really know much about it. Don't let yourself die!
Wait, I didn't read what you wrote carefully. You already went to the doctor and they said you were fine? Chances are you have the flu. Call your parents and let them know your concern though, and may be stay home from school and sleep all day and see if you feel better.
If you have massive terrible stomach pain or something horrible like that I would consider go back to the doctor/go to a hospital.
