RE4 would do that part by having her tied up and all these zombies are coming towards her and you have to pick them off before they reach her... Those moments have tension. In RE5 it almost doesn't make any difference what you do...she is a big girl and will take care of them if you help her or not. No tension...just a feeling of "I better start firing or I may miss the fun" |
Oh I didn't pass that part that way. I went downstairs, she opened the door and then we killed off the enemies together.
I'm not saying you're wrong in that sense, just that we can't judge the whole game based on two short sections. Let's wait and see whether there are puzzles and the like.
