While I certainly cannot condone everything Wal-Mart does, think about this for a second.
1. If they were selling an open game -- would you not want to look inside first? (Unless it was resealed without the security tape -- in which case I doubt I would buy a $60 game).
2. If they were selling a secured game, then didn't the switch probably occur elsewhere?
3. This could be a scam. It seems to me often things on the cosumerist site are usually too over-the-top to be true (kind of like Dear Abby).

I am Mario.I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble. Wii Friend Code: 1624 6601 1126 1492 NNID: Mike_INTV |
