1. New Zealand.
2. Politically, no. Culturally, no. Militarily, no. In sports, heck yeah.
3. We have 4 million people and we're on the opposite side of the world to anybody important. We have the Aussies as neighbours.
However we are powerful enough to piss the Americans off by banning their warships from entering our ports. That really really annoyed their government (its been more than 20 years and they still haven't forgiven us).
4. I love my country way too much. Sure we have our problems but its a beautiful country which really isn't too troubled by the rest of the world.
