Someday, Iraq will become a stable, self sustainable government. Provided that some form of peaceful democracy exists there, who gets credit for setting it up? Obama or Bush?
And if you say Bush, then perhaps the entire reason to start the war in 2003 was justified? How does that reflect on Bush's legacy if Iraq becomes a success in the long run?
