The GTA 4 DLC wont get any new fans. It is basically for the ones who already have the game.
New owners would have to buy a 360, pay for online, buy the game, and then finally buy the DLC.
DLC is never used to attract new buyers but appeal to the ones who already have it.
Star Ocean 4 will be a big seller in Japan and will move 360s, no doubt. But so will Yakuzua 3 and FF13 Demo for the PS3(maybe Demon's Souls). SF 4 will do better on PS3 in Japan.
KZ 2 will be successful in Europe and NA, no question as both COD games for the PS3 are well over 2 million sold.
