No, plain and simple. All those games blow imo. If you take a look at the kinds of games I play you'll see why I have no interest in anything the ps3 has to offer.
Another big issue is the fact that I've been playing with a 360 controller for over a year now; I really hate the idea of downgrading to that horrible ps3 controller. If I ever did buy one, I would rip the guts out of the controller and put it in a 360 controller case. (I've seen it done)
Lower the price to $170, and don't put ANY games with it. Slap in few blu-ray movies and I might actually bite.
