If a game is on other platform, then it isn't an exclusive. Simple as that. I mean, one should call Gears of War a X360 exclusive but can say the same thing for PC.
"Gears 1 - PC exclusive" sounds akward to me. The same goes for Twilight Princess and most RE titles on the Gamecube.
