You can pass most or God Of War by button mashing... Try doing that in Ninja Gaiden even in the easiest difficulty.

Well I don't want to derail this topic into a NG vs GoW battle, so here are my comments on the article:

1- The PS2 wasn't "future proof" (as if there's such a thing) and it's having a long lifetime, while the more "future-proof" Xbox and Gamecube are now dead. This future-proof notion is ridiculous and needs to die.

2- This point could be good but I don't know much about those downloadable games.

3- Nah, I'd rather buy some cheap rechargeable batteries and charge them myself, rather than proprietary stuff.

4- No, just no. Too expensive (maybe in the next-gen).

5- This would be nice, although I'd rather have them focusing on more important things.

6-Another point which makes the entry-level consoles expensive and big. It also encourages mandatory installations which suck. No thanks.
