Yep, that is net income(revenue - costs). Their revenue was $16.63 billion.

Also, their revenue was up 2% YoY so there were some additional costs from somewhere. And it looks like M$ is trying to trim those down, as seen from the recent job cuts. Mostly in R&D and other extranious sections.
