No. In order for me to replace me PS3 there has to be a suitable replacement and MS just doesn't offer it. Even with your offer. 400 dollars with Blu - vs 425 dollars (with your promo plus an extra 2 years of live) and no Blu is just not worth it. Also with the PC having most of the 360 content nulls the game library advantage. So unless Sony falls further behind and I really have no choice, it ain't going to happen. Redesigning the hardware (Quieter) might also help. I am borrowing a 360 right now and have had it for a couple months now and I have no impulse to go buy one.
