Slashing the price of Pro and Elite seems like the best idea, Arcade will bestill significantly cheaper even after PS3 price-cut, so lowering other sku's should counter any sort of bump that PS3 price cut will have. 299 $ PS3 will still be expensive compared to Xbox.
