as long as you can't play them on another console, it is exclusive. I bet that there are thousands of PS3 users that would love to play Left 4 Dead, Mass Effect or Gears of War on the PS3, but they just can't.
this is like saying Resistance is not exclusive, there will be a PSP version!!11
