no - too expensive, don't like lips, and don't want xbl gold.
If I was ever to get a 360, it would be the cheapest version (probably the arcade and maybe even 2nd hand with warranty intact) and it would only be for one or two exclusives to play and then I would immediately sell it afterwards.
edit: for the record, the only exclusie I would buy a 360 for is mass effect 2 (and the pc version would have to come out at least 6 months later also).
There are other games I would like to play on 360, e.g. gears of war 2, fable 2, and maybe one or two JRPG's but I don't want them enough to go out and buy a 360 for them - infact if I had a 360 I wouldn't even guarantee I would bother to play them.
