Holy f-ish that is horrible.
This is why I staunchly believe in capital punishment. I don't care what any of you say about the immorality behind 'eye-for-an-eye', I think it is deeply needed. If anything it is a big reason why some people would never act out.
Those that still do, just don't belong in society.
