Sounds like 4.9 was being generous. I also find it REALLY hard to believe that Sony approved this. Hopefully they will cut the marketing budget back to zero.

LAIR actually poses a real problem, in that people *may* consider it representative of high-budget, high-profile, PS3 titles - published by Sony - to come in the future. Sony should have canned this completely. I believe both MS and Ninty would have.

Imagine if MS run a campaign advertising LAIR for the PS3... something like "Buy a PS3 --> play LAIR. Buy a 360 --> play Bioshock. The choice is yours!"
