Sounds about right if you look at consoles. FEAR 2 didn't have an astronomical budget and engine was in house developed so I don't think they are aiming for more.
PC version will sell a shitload.
I honestly think this will be my favourite single player shooter of the year. I love horror games and FPS games...combining them together is like having cookies and cream..
