Just say, "I'm sorry that I got you mad. I wasn't trying to talk behind your back, and if you fee thats what I have been doing, then I'll heed your request and stop taking about you with anyone."
If she posts that all over, no one will get mad or disrespect you, it will calm her down, and then from now on you should avoid her and never talk to her.
